Round-the-clock care operations
Seisia, Northern Peninsula Area
One-to-one rostered support running 168 hours a week today, with its own time clock, rostering, compliance vault and payroll. The template every workforce pool we run is built on.
Northern integrates workforce, security, cleaning, transport, vehicle hire and electrical for remote and regional operations. One contract, one point of contact, one monthly report.
Learn moreCrew transport, accommodation cleaning, grounds, waste and the gate. We run the whole camp cycle, not one line of it, and we size the crew to the swing.
What we doWe recruit from the communities around the work, take people through seven steps from first contact to supervisor, and report retention every month.
The pathway
A mine gate at 5 am. A camp that has to be clean before the next crew lands. A barge that has to land on Tuesday. A roster that runs 168 hours a week, 1,000 kilometres from the nearest city.
Northern Integrated Services Group takes the whole scope rather than one line of it. Our own vehicles and staffing, and a partner company behind every other line: Coco Transport and CPC Management for cleaning and transport, Secure Nation and Group One for security, 1313 Electrical for electrical. You get one point of contact and one set of numbers you can put in front of your own client.
Read about our partnersRemote work punishes shortcuts. Everything we run is built around four habits, and the monthly report you receive is pulled from the same systems we run the work on: time clock, rostering, incident and compliance vaults with audit trails.
People come first. Fatigue, drug and alcohol, heat and isolation are managed, not assumed. A mentor for every new starter with a weekly check in the first month.
Make it happen. One point of contact for recruiting, replacement, training and compliance. If a shift is short, that is our problem to solve before it is yours.
Turnover is the cost nobody prices in. We recruit from the communities around the work, build rosters that go home, and remove the reasons people leave one by one.
No stories, just data. Hours, incidents, retention, local and Indigenous employment, every month, from the systems the work actually ran on.

Weipa, Western Cape
A standing pool of screened, ticketed, inducted people recruited from the NPA and Western Cape communities for the bauxite operations and the Kangwinan build, placed as packages open.
Seisia to Cairns
A 4WD fleet with recovery gear and satellite phones at the tip of Cape York, and weekly barge logistics from Cairns. The supply line a remote workforce depends on.
Six service lines, one supplier. Bought as a full scope, as a crew package with a leading hand, or as the lines an incumbent contractor is short on.

Every member of a workforce pool goes through the same seven steps. The first four happen before a person is offered to a client. The last three are what keep them.
Traditional Owners, councils, trusts, schools and community organisations. Information sessions in language where needed.
Licences, tickets, experience, interests and the barriers that stop people: transport, ID, banking, childcare.
Work readiness: attendance, communication, safety basics, literacy and numeracy support, financial literacy.
White Card, First Aid and CPR, site inductions, drug and alcohol, fatigue, and the tickets each role needs.
Paid work under the award, supervised start, buddy system, the first 30 days checked weekly.
Multi-skilling across role families, leading hand by month six for the strongest, supervisor pathways after.
A named mentor, rosters that go home, transport arranged by us, and retention targets we report against every month.
Northern runs the vehicles, the staffing and the training itself. Behind every other line of a scope stands a partner company that already does that work every day, with the licences and systems to prove it.
